One of my very favorite Asian-inspired appetizers are pot stickers. They are awesome little Chinese dumplings filled with meat and vegetables – perfect when dipped in soy or chili sauce. Yum! And one of the things that I like about them is that they have a noodle-like texture as opposed to a deep-fried egg roll. They are a great way to start (or complete) a meal. However, I had really only considered them to be an “eating out” treat – how could I possibly make something like that at home?!
