It is best to refrigerate this product after each use. Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt should not be left out of the refrigerator for more than three hours. The product will soften more quickly than traditional butter because it contains olive oil.

To protect the flavor of the product, wrap the carton in aluminum foil or in an airtight, resealable plastic freezer food bag before freezing.
