How do you recommend that I store Land O Lakes® Mini Moo’s® Half & Half? Back To Top

This product does not require refrigeration. Optimal storage temperature is between 45 - 80 degrees F.  For best results use this product by the date stamped on the box.  

We do not recommend freezing this product.  Although freezing does not affect the safety or nutritional value of this product, frozen and then thawed product may affect texture and/or taste.   We do not guarantee the quality of our products if stored frozen.

Why does my half & half curdle when I add it to my coffee? Back To Top

Sometimes the acid in coffee along with the coffee’s heat may tend to curdle the cream when it is added to coffee if the cream is not fresh. To prevent this from happening, be sure to use fresh cream.

Does Land O Lakes® Mini Moo’s® Half & Half contain gluten? Back To Top

This product is made without the use of wheat, wheat gluten, rye, oat, barley or malt ingredients. However, at this time we do not conduct tests that would allow us to label this product as gluten-free. Anyone with severe allergies or sensitivities should always consult a doctor before introducing a new food.
