Nothing says “family” more in our home than a big Sunday breakfast! As a store manager for the local Home Depot, my husband Jeremy typically works crazy retail hours. Sunday, however, is the only day of the week when the girls and I have him all to ourselves. So to celebrate, we always make a family breakfast. I have always adored shrimp. Even as a child I loved shrimp. I remember going out to “fancy” restaurants as a young girl with my grandparents and I always ordered shrimp. Oh, and then there are artichokes; another favorite of mine. I was fortunate to grow up in a family that ate a wide variety of foods – including artichokes. And, cheese – who doesn’t love cheese?
