I'm a 30-year old wife and mother of three. About nine months ago I decided to trade my marketing communications hat for something significantly more important to me - my family. With extended overnights away from my family, I decided my career could wait. With Jeremy, my husband, and our three little girls: Sydney (8), Taylor (3), and Brooke (1); life is quite an adventure!

As a family, we enjoy sitting down to a nice dinner together at the end of everyday. However, with such a crazy family schedule, more times than not, we need a quick, healthy meal the kids will enjoy. Family favorites include Mexican food, pizza, a great salad, and just about any sweet dessert. Ice cream and pie are especially popular in our home!

My love for cooking and baking started at an early age. Being the only daughter in a family of five, I loved nothing more than helping Mom in the kitchen. By the age of twelve, I could prepare a Thanksgiving feast that could rival even the best of cooks. Additionally, with the help of an aunt who was a professional Wilton decorator, I also learned how to professionally decorate cakes and cookies.

Over the years I have developed a very casual cooking style - fresh meat and vegetables with fresh herbs combined with my love for wine. If I had to choose my favorite family meal, it would be roasted pork loin with herb-roasted potatoes and fresh green beans. It's truly a delight, and the kids like it too which is always a plus!
