Students ages 9 - 13: Ultimate Fudgy Brownies Needed for each baking session:
  • 8-inch, square baking pan
  • 2-quart saucepan
  • dry and liquid measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • mixing spoon
  • rubber spatula
  • knife
    • Students ages 14 - 17: Each lab makes one recipe of their choice and compares the outcomes with other labs. Needed for each baking session:
  • 8-inch, square baking pan
  • 2-quart saucepan
  • dry and liquid measuring cups
  • measuring spoons
  • mixing spoon
  • rubber spatula
  • knife

    Labs making cakey brownies will need also need:
  • small microwave-safe bowl
  • wire whisk
  • large mixing bowl
