Peach Perfection
Peaches in season bring back memories of summer days on the front steps, juice dripping down our chins as we devoured peaches by the dozen. Eat as many as you can right out of the crate, but save those last fresh peaches to bake into crisps or pies, shortbreads or cobblers. On an especially hot day, enjoy a peachy ice cream pie with fudge sauce and a brownie crust. Perfect!
