Combine all tostadas ingredients
except
tortilla chips in medium bowl; mix lightly. Place about
1 tablespoon
mixture on top of each tortilla chip.
Combine sour cream and cilantro in small bowl; mix well. Place about
1/2 teaspoon
sour cream mixture on top of each tostada.
