Baby vegetables are flavored with lemon butter and horseradish for a sparkly new flavor.
Cook vegetables in 2-quart saucepan according to package directions. Drain. Add Light Butter with Canola Oil, horseradish and lemon juice.
Cook over low heat until heated through (1 to 2 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
*Substitute 1 (1-pound) package (5 cups) cut up fresh vegetables and 1/4 cup water. Place in 1 1/2 quart microwavable dish. Cover; microwave on HIGH for 5 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Toss Light Butter with Canola Oil, horseradish and lemon juice with hot cooked vegetables. 6 (1/2-cup) servings
