Mix fresh salad greens with a sour cream-based dressing for a great tasting salad.

teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic |

teaspoon anchovy paste |

teaspoon coarse ground pepper |

small head Romaine lettuce, washed, torn |

cup red onion, cut into 2-inch strips |

cup Caesar-seasoned croutons |
Combine sour cream, 1 tablespoon cheese, lemon juice, garlic, anchovy paste and pepper in small bowl; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Combine lettuce and onion in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat. Add remaining cheese and croutons; toss lightly.
