This speedy Asian dish uses only 6 ingredients.

(14- to 15-ounce) can baby corn, drained, cut in half |
Melt butter with olive oil in 12-inch skillet until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add beef strips; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned (5 to 6 minutes).
Add broccoli, stir-fry sauce and baby corn. Cook, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisply tender (3 to 4 minutes).
*Substitute your favorite stir-fry sauce.
FREEZE AND COOK LATER METHOD: Combine butter with olive oil and garlic in small freezer container. Place beef strips in another freezer container. Place broccoli, stir-fry sauce and baby corn in another freezer container. Place containers into freezer; freeze up to 3 months. To thaw, place containers in refrigerator 24 hours or until thawed. Cook as directed above.
Recipe Tip
Many supermarkets will offer pre-cut beef strips for stir-frying. If they're not available, use a piece of beef top round steak and thinly slice the meat across the grain into bite-sized strips. Partially freezing the meat, about 20 minutes, before cutting will make it easier to slice into thin strips.
