Horseradish zips up cranberry sauce on this grilled cheese sandwich with turkey.
Combine cranberry sauce and horseradish in small bowl.
Spread 1 side of 4 slices bread with 1/4 cup cranberry sauce mixture.
To assemble each sandwich, layer 1 slice bread, cranberry-side up, with 2 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese and second bread slice. Brush top and bottom of each sandwich with butter.
Heat 10-inch skillet or griddle on medium-high heat. Place 2 sandwiches in skillet. Cook, turning once, until golden brown (6 to 8 minutes). Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
