cups assorted cut up fresh vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, onion, carrot, zucchini, summer squash, bell pepper and/or green beans)* |

tablespoons LAND O LAKESĀ® Light Butter with Canola Oil |

to 2 tablespoons fresh chopped herbs (such as basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme and/or parsley) |

Place cut vegetables and water in microwavable steamer; cover. Microwave on HIGH for 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Drain.
Place cooked vegetables into serving bowl; add Light Butter with Canola Oil, herbs and salt and pepper, if desired. Toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
*Substitute frozen cut vegetables. Omit water.
**Substitute 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs.
