This is a refreshing, spice-infused, but not too sweet, beverage recipe that is perfect any time of day.
Combine half & half and sugar in 2-quart saucepan; add teabags. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Remove teabags. Refrigerate mixture until well chilled (1 hour).
At serving time, pour tea mixture into 5-cup blender container; add ice cubes. Cover; blend until smooth and frothy (30 to 60 seconds).
To serve, pour into individual glasses. Dollop each serving with sweetened whipped cream; sprinkle with cinnamon.
