(4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, drained |

medium (2 cups) tomatoes, chopped |

medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped |

cup chopped fresh cilantro |

ounces (3 cups) LAND O LAKES® Cheddar Cheese, shredded |

ounces (3 cups) LAND O LAKES® Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded |

(8-inch) flour or corn tortillas |
Place each filling ingredient into an individual serving bowl.
At serving time,
heat 12-inch skillet or griddle over medium heat.
To assemble each quesadilla, spray
1 side
of
2
tortillas with no-stick cooking spray. Place desired ingredients onto unsprayed side of tortilla. Top with second tortilla, sprayed-side up. Repeat assembling quesadillas with remaining ingredients, as desired.
Cook each quesadilla, turning once, until lightly browned on both sides (3 to 4 minutes).
Cut into wedges. Serve with toppings as desired.
