Spread
1 side
of each bread slice with

butter.
Heat 12-inch skillet
or
griddle over medium heat. Place
1 slice
bread into skillet, buttered-side down. Top with
2 slices
cheese. Cover with
1 slice
bread, buttered-side up.
Cook, turning once, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted (5 to 6 minutes). Repeat with remaining ingredients.
