This broiled chicken is made flavorful with a lemon-marjoram sauce.

cup LAND O LAKES ® Butter, melted |

cup lemon juice |

teaspoon dried marjoram leaves |
| 1/2 |

teaspoon salt |

(3 to 4-pound) package cut-up broiler-fryer chicken |
Heat broiler. Combine all ingredients except chicken in 1-quart saucepan. Place chicken pieces onto greased broiler pan. Brush chicken with butter mixture.
Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat, turning and basting with sauce every 10 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink (30 to 35 minutes).
Meanwhile, cook remaining sauce over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil (2 to 3 minutes).
Just before serving, spoon sauce over chicken.
