This fruit dessert is easy to make and works well for serving a large group.

cups all-purpose flour |

teaspoon almond extract |

Fresh fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries) |
Heat oven to 400°F. Combine butter and 1/2 cup sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Reduce speed to low; add flour, milk and almond extract; beat until well mixed.
Spread dough onto bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch jelly-roll pan; prick with fork. Bake for 13 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients in small bowl; spread over cooled crust. Cut into pieces; arrange fruit on top of each piece. Store refrigerated.
