This turkey tenderloin is sweetened with a cranberry orange glaze.

(12-ounce) turkey tenderloins |

medium onion, thinly sliced |

(10-ounce) package cranberry orange relish |

medium oranges, peeled, sliced 1/4-inch, if desired |
Melt butter in 10-inch skillet until sizzling; stir in garlic, salt, pepper and thyme. Add turkey tenderloins and onion. Cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until turkey is browned (10 to 12 minutes).
Reduce heat to low.
Cover; cook until turkey is fork tender (25 to 30 minutes). Stir relish into pan juices. Slice turkey; serve with relish mixture and orange slices, if desired.
