cups fresh strong brewed Irish Creme coffee |

cups vanilla ice cream |
Pour brewed coffee into large heatproof pitcher. Cover; refrigerate until chilled (about 2 hours).
To serve, scoop 1/2 cup ice cream into each 16-ounce glass. Pour chilled coffee over ice cream.
