This pizza recipe is easy to prepare and a real favorite!

tablespoon olive or vegetable oil |

(10-ounce) prebaked (12-inch) Italian pizza crustor focaccia |

teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic |

ounces (1 1/2 cups) LAND O LAKES® Co-Jack® Cheese, shredded* |

(3-ounce) package (3/4 cup) sliced pepperoni |

(14-ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, drained |
| 1/3 |

cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
Heat oven to 450°F. Place ungreased large baking sheet in oven to heat.
Spread oil over pizza crust; sprinkle with garlic. Top with 1/2 cup Co-Jack® cheese. Top with pepperoni and tomatoes. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup Co-Jack® cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Place pizza on heated baking sheet. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until cheese melts and pizza is heated through.
*Substitute 3 ounces (3/4 cup) LAND O LAKES® Cheddar Cheese, shredded, and 3 ounces (3/4 cup) LAND O LAKES® Mozzarella Cheese, shredded.
