A bread or cracker spread that offers a sampling of cheese accented with fresh herbs and olives.

cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese |

ounces (1 cup) LAND O LAKESĀ® Mozzarella Cheese, shredded |

(8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened |

tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley, rosemary and/or thyme leaves |

teaspoon coarsely ground pepper |
| 1/3 |
|
cup roasted red bell pepper pasta or spaghetti sauce |
| 1/3 |
|
cup chopped pitted kalamata olives |
|
|
Chopped parsley, if desired |
|
|
Fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired |

Crackers or crusty bread slices |
Combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, herbs and pepper in large bowl.
Spread cheese mixture to 6-inch circle on 9-inch serving plate. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
Just before serving, spread pasta sauce over cheese mixture, leaving 1/2-inch around edge. Top with chopped olives. Garnish with parsley and rosemary, if desired.
Serve with crusty bread or crackers.
