Prepare this lightly-spiced appetizer ahead of time and then cut the roll into slices at serving time.

(7- to 8-inch) flour tortillas |
Combine all ingredients except
tortillas in large bowl.
Spread
1/4 cup
cheese mixture onto
1 tortilla. Roll up jelly-roll style; wrap in plastic food wrap. Repeat with remaining cheese mixture and tortillas. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
Slice off ends of tortillas; discard. Slice each tortilla roll into 6 pieces.
