(20-ounce) package refrigerated prepared mashed potatoes |

ounces (1/2 cup) deli LAND O LAKES® Cheddar Cheese, shredded |

medium (1/2 cup) onion, chopped |

(14 3/4-ounce) can cream-style corn |

(1 1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix |
Heat oven to 375°F. Stir together mashed potatoes, cheese and egg in medium bowl. Set aside.
Cook ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned (4 to 5 minutes). Drain off fat. Stir in corn and taco seasoning. Spoon hot beef mixture into ungreased 8-inch square baking dish; top with potato mixture. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
