  • Ingredients
  • 8 small red potatoes
  • 3 Land O Lakes ® Garlic & Herb Sauté Express® Sauté Starter squares
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (12-ounce) package of fresh pre-trimmed green beans
  • Directions
  • Pierce

    potatoes with fork in 2-3 places. Microwave 3-5 minutes or until just beginning to soften.

  • Melt

    2 Sauté Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.

  • Add

    chicken.

  • Sauté

    13-18 minutes or until chicken is golden brown on both sides and done (165°F). Remove from skillet.

  • Melt

    remaining 1 Sauté Express® square in skillet. Cut potatoes into bite-sized wedges and add to skillet with green beans. Cover and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and green beans are tender.

  • Slice

    chicken; serve over potatoes and green beans.

  • Ingredients
  • 8 ounces (about 2 cups) uncooked dried penne pasta
  • 3 Land O Lakes® Italian Herb Sauté Express® Sauté Starter squares
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Directions
  • Cook

    pasta according to package directions; drain.

  • Melt

    2 Sauté Express® squares in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.

  • Add

    chicken.

  • Sauté

    13–18 minutes or until chicken is golden brown on both sides and done (165°F). Remove from skillet.

  • Melt

    remaining 1 Sauté Express® square in skillet. Add onions; cook 1-2 minutes or until softened. Toss in pasta and tomatoes to coat.

  • Slice

    chicken and serve over pasta. Sprinkly with Parmesan cheese.

  • 1/2 pound tilapia fillets
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix

  • Melt

    Sauté Express® square in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.

  • Add

    fish.

  • Sauté

    7-10 minutes or until golden brown on both sides and flaky. Remove from skillet.

  • Stir

    coleslaw and cilantro into skillet until coated and heated through.

  • Break

    fish into bite-sized pieces. Fill each taco shell with coleslaw mixture, fish and additional toppings.

  • Ingredients
  • 1 cup prepared pico de gallo, drained
  • 1/2 cup cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Land O Lakes® Savory Butter & Olive Oil Sauté Express® Sauté Starter squares
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag frozen rice, heated
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn, thawed
  • Directions
  • Combine

    pico de gallo and black beans in small bowl; set aside.

  • Melt

    Sauté Express® square in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-low heat just until bubbles begin to form.

  • Add

    chicken.

  • Sauté

    13–18 minutes or until chicken is golden brown on both sides and done (165°F). Remove from skillet.

  • Stir

    rice and corn into skillet until coated and heated through.

  • Slice

    chicken; serve over rice mixture. Top with pico de gallo and black beans.
