Garden Ham Pasta Toss
Try this easy-to-put-together, colorful, low calorie, pasta dish!

3 cups water
3 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried rotini (corkscrew or pasta twists)
6 ounces small new potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch wedges
1 medium yellow summer squash, cut into eighths lengthwise, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups fresh pea pods, tips and strings removed*
4 ounces (2 cups) cooked ham, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoons chopped fresh dill**
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Bring water to a boil in 4-quart saucepan; add rotini. Cook over high heat 3 minutes. Add potatoes and squash; continue cooking 5 minutes. Add pea pods; continue cooking 1-2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Drain.
Return vegetables and pasta mixture to same pan. Add ham, butter, dill, lemon juice and salt; mix lightly. Serve immediately.
*Substitute 1 (10-ounce) package frozen snow peas.
**Substitute 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed.
