This recipe was very quick to make and tasted awesome! My husband has requested it again for Christmas. I was planning on making it half apricot and half cherry this time.
I love this recipe!! I have made it several times ad it is ALWAYS a hit! I use a pizza cutter sprayed with a little non stick spray to cut the squares. Perfect with coffe and tea after a big holiday meal.
The bars are easy, quick and delicious, but much too sweet even though the sugar was reduced a bit. My recommendation is to cut the sugar by 1/4 or 1/3 cup to compensate for the sweetness of the apricot preserves.
