Here is a holiday twist on a campfire favorite. Little hands can be helpful with arranging the graham crackers, sprinkling the marshmallows and candies.
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, extending foil over edges. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray.
Place graham crackers onto foil so sides touch.
Melt butter and brown sugar in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, 4-6 minutes or until smooth and mixture just comes to a boil. Pour evenly over crackers. Bake 5-6 minutes or until bubbly.
Remove pan from oven; sprinkle with marshmallows. Continue baking 2-3 minutes or until marshmallows begin to soften. Sprinkle with candy. Cool completely. Lift out of pan using foil ends. Cut into bars.

Been making this for a few years now. My niece was disappointed that I wouldn't be making this year, so I made a special trip to get the ingredients. I think she'll be pleasantly surprised to see them on the cookie platter! Very easy to make, would be an easy one for kids (with supervision).
In all fairness, we may have not cooked the brown sugar butter mixture enough. But these did not turn out. We had to trash them.
So easy, so good! They are a fun treat for kids of all ages. Chocolate grahams are hard to find, I have found a local grocery chains store brand that works fine.
Made these for a cookie swap at work, and received many rave reviews!! Will definitely make these again, but I will add some chocolate chips in addition to the candy-coated chocolate pieces. I couldn't find chocolate graham crackers so we used regualar honey grahams, which took away some of the chocolate flavor.
A crowd pleaser - who would think of s'mores at Christmas? I've also used this recipe at other holidays, using holisay themed M&M's.
