This easy coconut custard pie recipe is magic - it forms its own crust during baking!

Will this work with Fat Free Half and Half?
This pie was good, but it did not make its own crust. There was nothing on the bottom just the lemon.
Recipe was easy to prepare...and I was pleasantly surprised when I took it out of the oven...I used fresh strawberries on top.
Sooo easy! Will bake in deeper/larger pan next time. Family loved it.
It didn't brown on the bottom. Took longer to bake than stated time but knife inserted in center came out clean. Could have been my oven temp was incorrect. Plan to try again and will review again
