This family favorite main dish is quick and easy to prepare.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Place chicken into ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish or 3-quart shallow casserole.
Combine all sauce ingredients in bowl; spoon over chicken. Bake 30-40 minutes or until chicken reaches at least 165°F. and juices run clear when pierced with a fork.
Combine bread crumbs, parsley and butter in bowl. Sprinkle cheese over chicken; top with bread crumb mixture. Continue baking 5-10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and bread crumbs are browned.

This was so easy, and the guys devoured it. I made it EVEN EASIER and substituted a 24 oz. jar of pasta sauce for the sauce described here.
My husband's favorite meal is classic chicken parm, but it takes all day! This is an easy alternative and it is really tasty!

the only thing that my family suggested as an improvement would be "more sauce" .. overall phenomenal recipe... enjoyed by all!
Wonderful and sooo easy. I used Italian bread crumbs for the topping. Might try using provolone instead of mozzarella for a slightly different taste.
My family enjoyed this meal. So easy to prepare and delicious.
Served it over spaghetti noodles. The kids loved it!
