Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Bread

Ingredients
1 (1-pound) loaf French bread
1 Land O Lakes® Butter, softened
2 cup2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato spread or finely chopped oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained

2 teaspoon garlic powder8 ounces (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese

4 cup grated Parmesan cheeseHow to make

STEP 1
Heat gas grill on medium-low or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Slice bread loaf in half lengthwise.

Combine butter, sun-dried tomato spread and garlic powder in small bowl.

Evenly spread cut-sides of bread halves with butter mixture; top with cheeses.

Place bread halves onto grill, crust-side down. Close lid; grill 3-7 minutes or until cheeses are melted. Slice each bread half into 8 pieces.

- Make use of the upper rack if your grill has one. Time for grilling will vary depending on your grill.

- To serve as an appetizer, cut each bread half into 16 slices.
