Fruit & Creamy Jiggles Salad
A pretty and tasty salad that uses the season’s best fruit tossed with creamy fruit gelatin cubes.
30 min.prep time
Stir together gelatin and boiling water in 8-inch square pan until gelatin is dissolved (3 to 4 minutes). Stir in whipping cream. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.
Cut gelatin into 1-inch squares. Dip bottom of pan into warm water for 15 seconds. Remove gelatin squares from pan; place into individual bowls or large serving bowl. Toss with fresh fruit. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Go easy on yourself. Buy 6 cups of fresh cut-up fruit at the deli counter.
If making salad more than 2 hours ahead, keep fruit and gelatin separate until serving time.
