Try either the Swedish sauce or Thai Curry sauce as a variation to serve with these great tasting meatballs.
Heat oven to 400°F.
Combine all meatball ingredients in bowl; mix well.
Shape meatballs into 24 (1 1/4-inch) balls. Place into ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish. Bake 15-20 minutes or until center of meatballs are no longer pink. Drain off fat.
Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; add bell pepper. Cook over medium-high heat 2-3 minutes or until pepper is softened. Stir in sweet and sour sauce, pineapple with juice, coconut and cooked meatballs.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through. Serve over rice or noodles. Garnish with coconut, if desired.

My family loved this recipe served over noodles and some had it over rice and it is good either way.
