Allota Ciabatta Squares
Italian flavors are the basis of this easy sandwich.

1/2 cup green or black olive tapenade
3 tablespoons Italian dressing
1 (16-ounce) loaf ciabatta bread, sliced horizontally
8 leaf lettuce leaves
8 ounces thinly sliced hard salami
8 tomato slices
Combine tapenade and Italian salad dressing in small bowl. Spread cut-sides of bread with olive mixture. Layer bottom half of bread with 4 lettuce leaves, salami, cheese, tomatoes and remaining 4 lettuce leaves. Cover with top half of bread. Secure with toothpicks.
To serve, cut into 8 squares.
