2 cups skinned, boned, shredded deli rotisserie chicken
3/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1 (1-pound) loaf French bread
1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing
Combine shredded chicken, celery and Buffalo wing sauce in bowl; set aside.
Cut 16 (1/2-inch) slices from French bread. (Use remaining bread as you wish.) Butter 1 side of each bread slice. Spread about 1 teaspoon salad dressing onto other side of each bread slice. Place 1 piece cheese over dressing on 8 bread slices; top with 1/3 cup chicken mixture, 1 piece cheese and remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.
Heat panini grill.
Place sandwiches into panini grill. Grill 6-8 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
- To grill outdoors, heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white. Places sandwiches onto grill. Grill, turning once, 4-5 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
- To use an indoor grill pan, heat pan over medium heat. Place 4 sandwiches onto pan, placing another skillet on top of sandwiches to flatten. Cook 6-8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
