The mustard adds flavor and the coleslaw adds crunch to this hamburger recipe.
Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
Meanwhile, combine ground beef, mustard, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties; place onto grill.
Grill, turning once, until internal temperature reaches at least 160°F. and meat is no longer pink in center (10 to 12 minutes).
Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; let cheese melt slightly.
Place 1 burger onto each bottom half of bun; top each with 2 tablespoons coleslaw and top half of bun.
