I would rate as a number 5. I have made it several times and have given the recipe to more people than I can remember. I do have a problem in dipping but I think that I have the candy too cold and I do not let the coating cool enough.
Of the 12 dozen varieties of candies and cookies over 70 dozen total I made this Holiday season this one ranked tops by everyone who enjoyed the Holiday Treat Trays I gave them. And, I would agree. I will certainly make them again. They were also quite easy to make. The mixture handled quite well to roll into balls. Thanks for a great new recipe.

These are THE best creamiest, tastiest truffles I have EVER made. The best compliments from EVERYONE.What helped even more was that I would take out a few from the freezer and dip them and when I was done with those I would go back and get more to dip. This seemed to help them from getting too soft to handle when trying to get them completely coat them. This is by far one of the best recipes I have ever made, and that is 50+ years of baking.
