Becky has spent her entire career cooking and baking, which are also her favorite hobbies outside of work. For her, time spent in the kitchen not only relieves stress, but is lots of fun as well. Becky’s love for baking began as a child, standing on a chair next her mom, adding ingredients and mixing up dough.
Cinnamon chocolate chip cookies that are easy to make and fast to disappear.
Combine butter and 1 cup sugar in bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add egg, milk and vanilla; continue beating until well mixed. Add flour, baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips.
Divide dough in half; shape each half into 8-inch log.
Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in bowl. Spread sugar mixture onto waxed paper. Roll each log in sugar mixture until outside is well coated; wrap each in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
Heat oven to 375°F.
Cut logs into 1/4-inch slices using sharp knife. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are firm and bottoms are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets; remove to cooling rack.

These are a nice crisp but not dry cookie full of flavour.I would recommend trying this one.
