Salsa & Turkey Wrap

Turkey wraps that can also be cut into pinwheel shapes to make a great appetizer.

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons medium salsa
4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
4 large leaf lettuce leaves
8 ounces sliced deli turkey breast
4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American, cut in half
1/4 cup chopped tomato


Combine cream cheese and salsa in bowl until well mixed.

Assemble wraps by spreading each tortilla with about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture to within 1/4-inch of edge. Top each with 1 lettuce leaf, 1/4 turkey, 2 halves cheese and 1 tablespoon tomato.

Roll each tortilla tightly, wrap with plastic food wrap; refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Made these to slice up as a party snack, but there was so much food we never got around to eating them. Served them the next day as sandwiches, and they were a big hit.
I loved making this easy to make lunch and/or snack the taste is great!
My daughter requested this wrap in her lunchbox every day last year! I changed it up occasionally with roasted chicken pieces instead of turkey but left the rest the same. Great with various flavored wraps. Much better than a soggy sandwich!
Delicious! Great finger foods and very filling.
The ladies loved this for our Wed. lunches.
