Slices of bread cut into stars top this crowd-pleasing chicken casserole.
Heat oven to 350°F. In 13x9-inch baking dish melt butter in oven (4 to 5 minutes).
Meanwhile, with 2 1/2-inch star-shaped cookie cutter, cut 2 stars from each slice of bread. Dip 1 side of each star into melted butter; set stars aside. Reserve remaining bread.
Place reserved bread into blender or food processor bowl fitted with metal blade. Process until coarse crumbs. Stir crumbs into remaining butter in dish. Press lightly on bottom of baking dish to form crust.
Stack cheese slices; coarsely chop.
Combine chopped cheese and all remaining ingredients in large bowl. Spread over crust. Top with stars, buttered-side up. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly around edges and stars are toasted.

Quick and easy, and a good way to use up leftover turkey from Thanksgiving.
