I made these for a work Halloween luncheon. Several people told me the "Boo Scotti" was the best thing there. No one could believe they were homemade -- everyone thought they came from a restaurant. Addictive.
First time making biscotti. It was fun. I did have some trouble with the cookie crumbling on the edges when I cut them. Very Good!
Make a double batch of these, they are fantastic and they go very quickly! They are easy to make and are delicious.
When these cute little ghosts get dunked in a cold glass of milk (or a cup of coffee) you know they're from heaven...de-lush-ous!!
