Heat oven to 350°F. Combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, 2 tablespoons chai mix and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy. Add flour; beat at low speed until well mixed. (Mixture will be somewhat crumbly.)
Pat mixture evenly into ungreased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Combine all frosting ingredients
half & half in small bowl. Add enough half & half for desired icing consistency. Spread over cooled shortbread. Cut into bars.
