Tuna with cheese on whole wheat bread is the perfect sandwich.
Place tuna in bowl; flake tuna with fork. Stir in
mayonnaise, onion and pickle relish.

tuna mixture onto cheese; spread evenly to cover. Place
cheese over tuna mixture; top with
bread, mayonnaise-side down.
Dietary Fiber: 3g
I always sprinkle a bit of dill weed, garlic powder and onion powder into the mixture. We usually only have shredded cheese in the fridge, so I'll mix it up with everything else in the bowl before putting on the bread. And toasting the bread is a must - either in a skillet or in the oven. It's worth the effort!
