I made this potato salad and already someone has asked for the recipe. Apparently it is just enough different from a typical potato salad to draw an interest.
My husband and I really, really love this receipe! I've made it several times this summer. The leftovers are very good too. Thank you Land O Lakes!
This is a great potato salad - the best I've ever made. The radishes are a nice addition. Definitely a "keeper". I sprinkled chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
