Oven Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Parmesan & herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon paprika
3 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter
4 (5- to 6-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves

Directions

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch glass pie pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.

Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, herb seasoning and paprika in shallow dish. Place butter in glass pie pan or shallow dish; microwave 30-40 seconds until melted.

Dip chicken in butter; coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken into prepared pan; drizzle with remaining butter. Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumb mixture.

Bake 18-22 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches at least 165°F and chicken is no longer pink.

Recipe Tip

For a quick Italian dinner, spoon hot marinara sauce over baked chicken breasts and pasta.

I made this numerous times for my son( a very picky eater) and he loves it. one change is I pound it to the same thickness and cut them into smaller pieces. it is great for a breakfast sandwich
I always love a new chicken recipe this recipe is easy to prepare and delicious.
this is the best and quickest way to make baked chicken. we found this recipe in the land o lakes butter. my husband and i have made this several times.. try it you will love it. next time i will try hot sauce in the melted butter...
