- For size variety, make 18 regular-size cupcakes and 12 mini cupcakes. Bake mini cupcakes 15-17 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cut strips of fruit leather with decorative or regular scissors and place onto cupcake. Top with small candies, using frosting as “glue” for fruit strip and candies.
