White Chicken Pizza

Create an easy and flavorful gourmet pizza with basic ingredients.

1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1 (14-ounce) round prebaked Italian pizza crust
9 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli Provolone Cheese, cut into thin strips
1 cup skinned, boned, shredded deli rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley


Heat oven to 450°F.

Melt Butter with Olive Oil in 1-quart saucepan over low heat; add garlic. Cook 5-6 minutes or until garlic is softened but not browned.

Place pizza crust onto large ungreased baking sheet. Spread garlic butter evenly over crust; sprinkle with half of cheese. Evenly spread chicken and parsley over crust. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 9-11 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned.

I added a little Alfredo sauce just after the garlic and butter step. Not too much, just spread some over the top. It gave the pizza a bit more of a saucy taste, delicious!
Made a few adjustments: Use ~1/2 cup red onion and 1/2 cup fresh spinach and 1 cup of pepper jack cheese. It was absolutely delicious!
Awesome! I made this last week! My family loved it! it made great left overs too. :)
I've made this quite a few times now, it's delicious and really simple! A good go-to dinner when you're in a time crunch.
