Shrimp Flatbread Pizza

This recipe makes a great adult appetizer or dinner entrée. Substitute cooked chicken for the shrimp, if you wish.

2 (10x7-inch) Naan flatbreads*
2 tablespoons Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) small cooked salad shrimp
3/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, well-drained, chopped
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
5 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli Provolone Cheese, quartered
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil, if desired


Heat oven to 425°F. 

Place flatbreads onto ungreased baking sheets. Brush with melted butter.

Combine all other ingredients except cheese and basil in bowl until well mixed. (Drain, if necessary.)

Spoon half of shrimp mixture onto each flatbread; top with feta and provolone cheese. Bake 14-16 minutes or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. Sprinkle with fresh basil, if desired.

Cut into pieces; serve hot.


*Substitute 2 (8-inch) prebaked pizza crusts or other flatbread from the deli or bakery section.

- Naan is a lightly leavened Indian flatbread. It comes in different sizes and can be found in the bakery or deli section of the supermarket.
