Scrambled eggs with your favorite fresh garden veggies make a delicious and healthy breakfast!
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling; add garlic and vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are crisply tender. Reduce heat to medium.
Meanwhile, beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in small bowl with wire whisk; pour egg mixture over vegetables in skillet. Cook, gently lifting and stirring slightly with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath, 2-4 minutes or until almost set.
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 1 minute or until cheese is melted.

Made for dinner this evening and absolutely loved it. Not a bit heavy and could tast the veggies I put in it. Made it like the recipe and most definitely will make it again and again.
These eggs were very good. I served them with blueberry muffins. I will make these again but next time I will add a little spice to them to jazz it up a little more.
