Blue Cheese Parsley Butter

Ingredients

1/2 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, softened

1 teaspoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

How to make

  1. STEP 1

    Combine butter and lemon juice in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.

  2. STEP 2

    Store refrigerated in container with tight-fitting lid up to 2 weeks.

  3. STEP 3

    Serve with warm artisan breads or tossed in hot cooked rotini, ziti or penne pasta.
